Don't have to use all of them, but I have ground beef, instant rice, cream of mushroom soup, half a red onion, milk, frozen peas, frozen corn, frozen peppers, and several different spices but NO curry. I need some suggestions on what to make using some of these ingredients.

Im interested in finding out what unique or 'hard to get' ingredients restuarants are using. Im talking about fresh ingredients that are in high demand and reasonably expensive to source.

Peanut Butter
Maple Syrup
Strawberries
Blueberries
Flaxseed
Flax cereal (looks like bran flakes)
And a binder- Whey protein? Oat flour? Rolled Oats?
I've found some other recipes but would prefer to use these ingredients. Suggestions on measurements and baking? Thanks so much!

I have frozen strawberries, apple juice, peach/strawberry yoplait yogurt. Can someone tell me step by step on how to make a good smoothie with the ingredients i have? and tell me what major ingredient I must have for a good smoothie.
