Im interested in finding out what unique or 'hard to get' ingredients restuarants are using. Im talking about fresh ingredients that are in high demand and reasonably expensive to source.

I once before have found a website with Army recipes on it, like the ones I made when I was in the Army. I sometimes would like to fix some of those and also just to look at.

I know that they can make white gummy bear,but I really want to try the sour patch kid, but I don't know if they will have the ingredients for it. I've tried looking it up but it doesn't say for sure.

Unless you own a restaurant and make a profit by being the only one who knows the recipe of a certain meal, why prevent other people from knowing the recipe and being able to enjoy the meal too? I'm just curious as to why some people are so secretive about ...

Any desserts or light lunches and breakfast. I have all dinner recipes for people like me 'watching their diet.' I would like any recipes and tips for watching your diet! Thanks.
